Ohlone/Costanoan Esselen Nation Tribal Council Meeting Schedule

Traditionally, our tribal council meetings have been scheduled for the second Sunday of the month. The schedule is usually agreed upon in January of each year. However, due to the current upheaval in tribal government operations, no meetings are scheduled for the remainder of 2006.

Currently, a petition has been circulated to call a General Council Meeting (a meeting of all tribal members) but no General Council Meeting has been called yet. This petition has been in circulation since late October, 2006. The returned, signed copies have been submitted to the Monterey County Conflict and Resolution Center. No response has been given to date.
